romanoff elements is an art consultancy offering a personalized, holistic approach to art selection. We collaborate closely with clients to integrate their individual taste, style, design and and architectural elements of their spaces—curating artworks that are both meaningful and visually harmonious. Our goal is to create distinctive environments where each piece of art is intentional, connected, and inspiring.

With a wide range of experience—from advising first-time buyers to curating full collections for seasoned collectors—our projects include private residences, boutique offices, and global corporate spaces. We thoughtfully source artworks across a variety of styles, genres and mediums, ensuring they complement one another and enhance the overall flow of the space.

We have worked with clients in the New York tri-state area, Florida, California, and London—and welcome remote, international, and collaborative projects wherever thoughtful art has a place.

meet carol

founder, owner

Carol is an experienced art consultant known for her refined eye, collaborative approach, and deep understanding of how art lives within a space. As the founder of Romanoff Elements, she works closely with private clients, designers, and businesses to integrate select art and design elements into environments that reflect individual taste, purpose, and style.

Her connection to art began early—as a student immersed in drawing and art history. She pursued foundational studies at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and later continued at Cornell University, focusing on art, art history, functional clothing design, and textiles. Additional coursework at Parsons School of Design enriched her perspective across disciplines and strengthened her lifelong connection to the creative process.

Carol began her professional career as a woven textile designer in the men’s fashion industry, where she developed an in-depth understanding of color, composition, and material. Just as importantly, she learned to work collaboratively with clients—listening closely, understanding their needs, and guiding creative decisions that achieved both aesthetic and strategic goals. That client-centered approach continues to shape her work today.
